At GeekCore, we want to ensure your gear fits perfectly and meets your standards for quality. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your GeekCore account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid shipping label.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, unwashed condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
